Our standard delivery charge within the United Kingdom starts at £4.99 but is dependent on the total weight of your order. All orders being delivered are sent using a ‘signed for’ service; all our parcels need a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you enter a delivery address where you will be able to sign for your delivery.
If you are not present to accept the delivery a card will be put through your letter box informing you of where to collect your delivery or how to arrange re-delivery. Deliveries should arrive within 48 hrs of despatch.
Despatch normally takes place within 2 days of order placement.
If an order is despatched on a Friday it is more likely to be delivered the following Monday as not all Post Offices run a Saturday service. We are therefore unable to guarantee any Saturday delivery. Please note that orders received on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
If an item is marked as “low stock” this means that we cannot guarantee that the item will be available. Please call or email for availability prior to ordering.
International orders less than 2Kg are despatched using the Royal Mail’s International Signed for service giving you peace of mind and confidence that your package will arrive safe and sound. Again all orders being delivered will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you enter a delivery address where you will be able to sign for your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
At Copper Clothing we hope you’ll love any item bought from us, but we understand that occasionally we all make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with.
For purchases made online or over the phone you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel your order if you decide you do not want to keep any items you have ordered.
Please note that in order to qualify for a full refund (including any delivery charges you paid for) you have a period of 14 working days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. You can do this by contacting our sales team by e-mail at sales@copperclothing.co.uk
You must then return the goods to us using the method set out in the ‘How to Return an Item’ section below, as soon as possible and in any event no later than 21 days after the date you received the goods. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us.
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied you must note the details on the delivery documentation and inform us by e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We may offer to send you a substitute or replacement product but in any case you must return the faulty products to us as soon as possible.
You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. Please return them in the original packaging (if possible) and in the same beautiful, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and odour free condition, along with your proof of purchase. All original tags and labels must remain on the items being returned.
Please make sure that when trying on items of underwear you must try them on over your own underwear, and when trying on clothing avoid make up perfume and lotions coming into contact with the item. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession. We are unable to offer refunds where clothing is damaged as above, show signs of wear or whilst they are in transit. For this reason we recommend that you use a signed for delivery service. If we do not receive the items back from you, we may arrange for collection from your residence and we will charge you the cost of doing so.
If you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 working days following the date of receipt of your items, we will process your refund as soon as possible (and in any case within 30 calendar days) after receiving your notice of cancellation. We’ll credit your refund to the credit or debit card used when you placed your order.
If you do not notify us of your intention to cancel your order within the 14 working day time limit we will not be obliged to refund the original delivery charges for your items and we may request the return of the items by recorded delivery (or other secure delivery), at your cost. We’ll process your refund after the items have been returned to us, as long as we receive them within 21 days of the date that they were delivered to you.

Items from multi-buy promotions may be returned or exchanged separately. Multi-buy items will be refunded in accordance to the proportioned price minus any shipping costs that have been placed on the original order. For example, if you bought 3 pairs of Sock for £12.00 and returned one of the items, you will be refunded £4.00 as the proportional value of the item. Additional delivery charges may apply to items being re-ordered and Copper Clothing cannot guarantee that such an offer will still be applicable to such items.

How to Return an Item
Step 1. Notify us within 14 working days following receipt of your order by e-mail at sales@copperclothing.co.uk
Step 2. Select which item(s) you want to return, please give us a relevant reason for returning the item & place it inside your parcel.
Step 3. Address your Parcel to Copper Clothing Limited, Copper House, Hayes Industrial Estate, Godstone Road, Caterham, Surrey CR3 6SF.
Step 4. Take your parcel to the Post Office in enough time for it to get to us within 21 days of the date you received the goods (allowing for 4 days for delivery is usually sufficient).
Step 5. We recommend that you use a sign for delivery service – remember to keep your proof of postage and the code so you can track your return using https://www.royalmail.com/track-trace

Gift items can be returned in the same way as any other order but where we deliver products to a third party in accordance with your order, you will only be able to exercise your cancellation right if you can return the goods to us. Depending on when you tell us, we may not be able to cancel your order before the items are despatched. In this event, you will be charged for the order but we will arrange a refund to the credit or debit card used for payment, once you have returned the items back to the Copper Clothing.
There is no such thing as ‘free delivery’ – retailers which offer this are really just hiding the delivery charge within their product prices. We offer a more transparent approach – by offering the best product prices we can and simply charging delivery at cost. If you find you are tempted to order from a retailer offering free delivery, then we urge you to check the total cost of each basket – you will usually find that you are paying more in total just to get free delivery.
Your right to cancel
If you are a UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within seven working days beginning the day after you receive the Product(s). Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. • Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all Products you receive against your order.
